Smyle Brands Ltd. - Direct Delivery Policy

Welcome to the Smyle Brands Direct Delivery Program! This service is designed exclusively for our licensed wholesale partners across British Columbia. To ensure the safe and reliable delivery of our premium beverages during the current supply chain disruptions, we are personally handling all logistics with our dedicated team and delivery vehicles.

Our process is built on communication and coordination. Please review the following steps to understand how our direct delivery system works.

Our B2B Delivery Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

Our system is designed to function as a professional purchase order and coordination service.

  • Step 1: Place Your Order Request
    Browse our catalog and complete the checkout process on our website. Please note that at this stage, no payment is collected. Your completed order acts as a formal Purchase Order Request that is sent directly to our logistics team.

  • Step 2: Logistics Coordination & Final Invoice
    A member of our logistics team will personally contact you within one business day to:

    1. Confirm your order details.

    2. Coordinate a specific delivery window that works for your location and our scheduled delivery runs.

    3. Provide you with a final, official invoice from our Sage accounting system. This invoice will include the exact delivery cost calculated for your order.

  • Step 3: Payment
    Payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice. Your order will be scheduled for dispatch once payment is confirmed.

Delivery Costs

To keep pricing transparent and fair for our partners, our goal is to apply a simple, flat-rate delivery fee.

This fee will be manually added to your final invoice after your order request is submitted and once logistics has been coordinated. It allows us to cover the costs of direct, careful handling and fuel for our dedicated delivery vehicles.

Receiving Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth and compliant handover, please ensure a member of your staff who is of legal age (19+) is available to receive the delivery during the agreed-upon window. Our driver will need to verify the order and obtain a signature upon delivery.
